Rwandans in POLAND
The Rwanda community Abroad in Poland (RCA-Poland) is an non-profit association founded in 2011 by Rwandans living in Poland. This is a community widely consisted of university students and graduates in different income generating services.
Vision
- Providing a sense of community and support for Rwandans residing in Poland
- Promoting Rwandan culture, heritage, and unity among its members.
- Organizing social activities such as cultural events, social gatherings, and initiatives aimed at contributing to both the local Polish community and development efforts in Rwanda.
- Enhancing knowledge transfer and capacity building for young professionals as well as new business start-ups
- Advocacy and assisting in conflict resolution where need be e.t.c
Mission
At RCA-Poland, our mission is to foster a vibrant and supportive community for Rwandans living in Poland. We are dedicated to promoting Rwandan culture, heritage, and unity among our members. We strive to achieve this through organizing cultural events, social gatherings, and initiatives that benefit both the local Polish community and contribute to the development efforts in Rwanda. We are committed to empowering young professionals and new business start-ups through knowledge transfer and capacity building. Additionally, we stand as advocates for conflict resolution whenever the need arises. Our goal is to create a strong sense of belonging, cultural preservation, and positive impact within the Rwandan community in Poland and beyond.
